Running, Strength, and Community 

Running does not exist in a vacuum. Strong, resilient runners are built through consistent movement, smart strength training, and a supportive environment. Through our partnership with Psyko Fit Club, running group members have access to structured training options that support performance, durability, and long term progress, whether your goal is staying consistent, getting stronger, or preparing for a specific event.

Weekly Chill Krew Meet Ups

Lace up for fun, no-pressure community runs designed for every athlete. These sessions are all about collective movement, enjoying the miles, and building lasting friendships.

Rancho Cordova | 8:00 AM – Rancho Cordova High School (near Hagan Park)

Sunday Miles & Smiles

An easy, social run/walk where everyone is welcome. Perfect for starting your week with movement, fresh air, and community.

Tuesday Track 

Sacramento | 6:00 PM – Sacramento State practice track (Starting in April)

A relaxed evening meetup to move together and stay consistent. We’ll start with a light warm up and dynamic drills, then head to the track where you can follow a suggested workout or run your own session alongside the group.
