About Chill Krew
Built on connection, belonging, and chilling.
Move with us. Meet new people. Feel the energy of a community that shows up together every week. Just bring yourself.
No pressure. No competition. Just movement, presence, and community.
Chill Krew was born from a shared belief: movement is more powerful when it’s rooted in belonging. Koach Solomon and Cece Lee connected over a common vision for a run club that felt different - one that focused less on performance and more on people. They believe that running can be a powerful way to bring people together through connection, presence, and shared experience.
Chill Krew is designed to be that space. A place where runners and non-runners alike can move together, build consistency, and experience personal transformation through connection, joy, and support. Our weekly runs in Sacramento and Rancho Cordova are open, inclusive, and grounded in real life, because movement should meet you where you are.
William "Koach" Solomon
William Solomon, known as Koach Solomon, is living proof that transformation is possible. After losing over 120 pounds, he dedicated his life to helping others become stronger mentally, physically, and spiritually. With over a decade of coaching experience through PSYKO FIT, William focuses on mindset, values, and sustainable growth. He believes real change comes from within—and that movement, community, and consistency are the foundation for lasting transformation.
Cece Lee
Cece’s relationship with running has been lifelong and deeply personal. After competing in track and field and cross country in high school and college, she stepped away from running for 13 years before returning to it in 2017 during a major life transition. Through that journey, she rediscovered running as a powerful tool for both mental and physical wellness.
Cece previously led a local running group for two years and is excited to co-create Chill Krew as a space rooted in belonging, joy, and support. She’s passionate about mentoring and supporting athletes, who are beginning their movement journey—or finding their way back—and helping others feel seen, capable, and connected.
Cece is a certified RRCA Level 1 coach.
